Analysis of Stolen Innocence

She wasn’t always so twisted
She was compliant at times misread
Baby Girl was once innocent
If only she wasn’t complicit
She wasn’t ready to enter her worst nightmare
Her body lying there bare
No stop pleading screaming crying
The boogeyman continues forcing himself and lying
Why did she have to have grass on the field
Body shaking wishing she were just killed
Mind went into complete blackout
Emotions haywire filled with doubt
Defenseless confused shattered left completely soulless
Shoving pushing forcing and ending with a fretful kiss
Only thought was no escape
Crying pleading wishing for the man with the cape
Now beyond broken damaged with no where to hide
Tried to spill the truth was even told she lied
She held it all in painfully bursting at the seems
Alone she felt she had no team
Waves of nausea disgust and disgrace
Replaying on repeat completely out of place
Her body no longer belonging to her
Yet a prisoner disgusted with the lure
Nightmares follow
Ashamed she can only wallow
She won’t allow trust
Isolation became a must
Daddy was only after lust
At least in her mind no man was safe
The image of his predator face
Mommy wouldn’t understand
Had no where safe to land
Pushing it to the very depths
Nightmares running continues laps
Baby girl is dying for a release
Momma begging please
One pull of the knife a deep slice
Open wide like raw hide
Blood running quicker then a river
Such a rush of relief became dismembered
Shes stuck in a dangerous loop
Fighting to end it momma wanting the scoop
She’s had enough he’s consumed her life
Craving the sweet blood gush only by the knife
Sorry your little girl is gone now
Thinking to herself when she takes her exit may it be her final bow
Screaming feeling defeated from the torture inside her brain
Is anyone aware she’s dead inside
Nothing she feels can she provide
Her nightmare stuck on repeat
Baby girl was raped and mentally beat
That once innocent 13 year old girl
Just wanted him outta her skull
One deep thick slice puts it all at rest
Except surprise it leads to his arrest
She receives a moment of freedom
Her mind still far to beaten
New journey finding peace and healing
Crying begging pleading and now kneeling
15 years later still continuous nightmares
It’s shameful to still bare
Her boogeyman will always be her boogeyman
Nightfall begins her fight with the sandman
Baby girl now a grown woman still standing and battling everyday
She’s strong but has nothing left to say
