Analysis of By the fireplace

The sun is out now
cold winds are blowing
Snowflakes racing each other
under the street lamps

Suddenly one appears
under the snowflakes
smile like the sun
With eyes that make the sky jealous

A crown of daisies in her hair
Her nose is red
Her hands are cold from the cold
looks at me confused

my feet are taking me
To the beauty smiling in the snow
Time stands still
Only heartbeats are heard

cold hands first
Then I kiss your nose
Then your head in my hands
I dive into the depths of your smile

i wake up on your knee
By the fireplace...
