Analysis of Lists Will Have to Wait

I hear the Bell
Hauntingly.
And it tells of duty
Compressed effort.
The Man points his finger
To that list impossible
For Me.
I will do it.
Give up the reading
The jogging
The talks with dear old Gram.
The Gospel readings
All four and Philippians.
Walking the Dog
(He gets so excited.)
Phone waltzing with Daphne.
My Beloved.
Or so it was last month.
Playing tennis with Al.
And this is getting AHEAD?
Bullshit Boss.
Your approval can wait
Until I have more under the hood.
More in the way of snappy answers.
Inter-departmentally.
