Analysis of Help Me Lord

Hope Garcia 1974 (Texas)

Help Me Lord
By Hope M. Garcia

My Lord my God please help me
For I need you desperately now
I can no longer travel down the path
The path in which I travel now
I need you Father to carry me
For the light is dim and I am scared
I need you Father to guide my way
As my judgement has been impaired
Father, I have these barriers
Obstacles I must cross
But I have not the strength nor the wisdom
To find my way across
So stand for me Father
For I cannot Walk
Speak for me Father
For I cannot talk
Hold me Father
So i will not fall
Take these burdens
Father Take them all.
