Analysis of Sorrow in the Yellow Garden

A touch that was once
so full of love, happiness,
and comfort has over the
years faded away from
the grip of my heart,
I cry everyday.

This touch was like spring
to winter.
Smile just as bright
as the cooling sun, personality
just as beautiful as the blooming
roses in the soft rain…and like
the changing time it turned cold.

Tears scream “see me” “see me”
there’s plenty of rooms to be fixed
but the heart screams NO “there are
no more vacancies”…
what does one do when the heart
grows cold from a touch that was supposed to remain warm forever?

Mother… I miss these moments everyday. Please, please, please
hear your sons cry.
I miss your hugs
I miss your kisses
I miss your laughter
I miss our conversations
but most importantly I miss the
most important part of me… and
that’s you.
