Analysis of My fires
GIDRAF MWANGI 1992 (Murang'a)
My love burns red
A flaming red passion
It's ignited by the strike of a cupid's arrow
And once ignited cannot be quenched
My anger burns scarlet
And strikes like a mallet
It sears like lightning
And roars like thunder
My hate burns black
And boils like magma
It rolls like an avalanche
And bores down like a storm
My joy burns bright
Just like sunlight
It's the color of the rainbow
And just as beautiful to behold
