Analysis of How Beautiful Is the Moon?

Her name is Tsukiyomi a queen, a princess, a dreamer
To me, she was a dream, A beautiful dream
As beautiful as flames, violent and rash yet ever nurturing and warm
As charming as the ocean winds blowing over slow currents
A beauty that captivates all its viewers when their eyes are met
An enchantress that glistens lightly, just enough,
enough to be mourned when that light fades, or when her brother raise
She’s a cold beauty because she knows she’s beautiful so she hides
and shows her most bewitching state to only those worthy
I’d like her to show it to me, I’d like to be worthy
She is, everything, everything that is lovely about this damned place, she is you…

About this poem

"The moon is beautiful tonight" is a Japanese poetic innuendo that means "I love you". Essentially the title means, how much do you love her/him (Tsukiyomi in Japanese history is known as the moon god).
