Analysis of FULL CIRCLE
Amy Sue Curl 1956 (Temple Texas)
Sweet the wind sings to me.
On Angels wings she brings to me
A WHOOSHE
Then I’m taken full Circle again.
Full Circle is the moment
The Beginning touches the end.
Where every question finds it’s answer,
No more motives to defend.
It’s the slap against your forehead
At the moment of insight
When you realize all along
Your instincts had been Right!
Oh what a JOY
IF only once in all our lives
To be chosen by Sweet Wind
And Spun upon the skies.
To where the bigger picture
Is laid out right before our eyes!
To where the light inside explodes in birth
And Joy becomes Alive.
So best that you stay focused
And ready my friend
For with a whooshes
sweet wind just
might choose you
And then
Let her blow your skirt up
Run her fingers Thru your hair
For where sweet wind will take you
Gods amazing Grace is there.
And with a Wooooshe
she takes you back
To where you’ve already been
Another Woooshe
there she goes
a full circle again.

About this poem
Written and read to my sweet grandmother a week before she turned 101 and a day before she had her first and final stroke which gave her wings. She wanted everyone to be ready and have read REVELATIONS. She was a poor farmers daughter that had wealth in family and friends. She gave her life to Jesus Christ and was adamant about giving all she was near hugs each day. This poem came to me to share as her tribute of how Gods Amazing Grace is always in our lives! Written as a reminder to stay focused and prepared. more »
