Analysis of Hope and time

Hope and time

Have you ever looked deep within
To find notes
Which reverberate all at once
Excruciating and rewarding in defence

Is the season of dance
Of hopes gliding away in trance
I ask myself
in the dim lights that arch
the corner of my soul

My head’s perplexed
Like a mirror concave
Which hinges on past
And reflects future in a close shave

I am all you get
I hear all the time
It’s no different
The aches of time

And I asked god
“Am I in wonderland”
And he said
“It’s all in your head”
