Analysis of A MODEL CITY

A toddler is crying.
A crying toddler is crying.

One of them must cry.
One of them must make the other cry.

One of the toddler is a cry.

Late alone, left alone..
rarely abandoned, nearly abandoned...
the parents are crying like
one of the toddlers.

Let it cry.
If manages to return back to his parents-
by magic,
that is the model city.

One of the toddlers
is the view
of the city
(and dwellers).

What for?
the model,
outcried.
