Analysis of The Wiggly Things
I was lying down the other day,
Doing my usual spit and play.
All of a sudden my eyes looked down,
I saw these wiggly things, they didn't make a sound.
The more excited I got the more they moved,
I thought "what are these things, are they something new"
I don't remember seeing them before,
Maybe something mom and Dad got from the store.
They probably forgot to put them up,
But it seems to me that they are stuck.
Should I laugh or should I cry?
They don't seem to hurt,
I'll give them a try.
I'll touch one maybe they'll go away,
Hey that tickles, should I let them stay?
I'll give them a day to see how they act.
Hey this is fun! I won't give them back!
I'll make a fuss and make them see,
Finders keepers, the wiggly things belong to me!
