Analysis of Learning to Live Dead
Learn to Live Dead: E.B. ~3/4/22
You’re a Fool with No Clue.
First You Fall for the Euphoria,
Then You Think You Can Fly! You Make Yourself Believe,
That You can Stay Up In the Sky. Every Dose, Brings You Closer,
to Your Last Breath.
But the High You’re Sure is Worth it,
Fuck an Angel of Death!
You Fall Asleep in Motion,
in Uncharted Hazes.
You’re Lucky if You Wake Up,
So Lost in those Evil Mazes.
While Your Loved One’s Pray,
That Today You’ll Actually Try!
You’re Life Falls Apart,
but You Head Straight for the High.
You Make Choices & Excuses in Your Head. Cuz That's the Only Way, You Learn to Live Dead.
Piece by Piece, Day by Day,
You Slowly Slip Away.
You Lose Yourself Bit by Bit,
With the Words that You Won’t Say.
You're Not Here,
But You're Still Somewhere Out There.
You Hide from Those that Matter,
But You Can’t Seem to Care.
You Live Inside the Falseness,
Till You Don't Recognize the Truth.
People Show You Photos &
You Wonder Where Went Your Youth? You Know You Make Others Suffer,
But Won’t Pick Up & Call. It’s Been So Many Years,
Since You’ve Felt Anything at All.
You Make Choices & Excuses in Your Head. Cuz That's the Only Way, You Learn to Live Dead.
It Don't Feel Right, But You’ve Convinced Yourself it's Not Wrong.
It's Just too Hard to Start Again,
When You’re Already This Far Gone.
Day After Day,
You’re Letting Those You Love Go.
As You Walk Away from All that Matters,
If You Care at All, It Doesn’t Show.
When the World Begins to Crumble &
the Rain Comes Pouring in,
You Sit There in the Rubble,
The Rubble of Your Own Sins.
You Make Choices & Excuses in Your Head. Cuz That's the Only Way, You Learn to Live Dead.
There is Another Way,
to Find Your Way to the Light.
Though that Would Mean,
Putting Up One Hell of a Fight.
Against What You Desire Most,
Chasing that High.
You Have Seemed to Come to Peace,
with Never Saying Goodbye.
We Fight for You, As We Pray.
“Please Keep Him Safe &
Let Him Make it Through Another Day.
The Decision is Not Ours,
it is Only His to Chose.
Please Help Him Realize,
He’s Got So Much to Lose.
We Leave Him in Your Hands,
Cuz There’s Nothing More We Can Do.
Whether He Makes it Another Day,
is Up to Him & You.
Maybe Try, to Get it Through His
Chemically Altered Head.
That it’s No Kind of Life,
Learning to Live Dead.
