Analysis of 3:34 am

I’ll always have a place in my heart
for the girl who treated me
better than anyone ever has
she dealt with my bullshit
and waited for me
until I was ready
regardless of the fact
that I was slowly killing her
unfortunately
I was too focused on someone else
who treated me terribly
instead of realizing
she was right there the whole time
and I didn’t know how to handle it
so I pushed her away
the worst thing is,
the blood is on my hands this time
there's no one to blame
but myself
and I have to live with that
