Analysis of Blown Away

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

Forgive me, my friend, if I seem kind of rough
But my life has been hard and its still a bit tough
My walk with the LORD has more ups than its downs
But in some of those valleys I swore that I drown

I’m standing on top of the mountain today
But tomorrow my dreams might be crushed; blown away.
