Analysis of Winter Is Coming
Winter is coming, bringing cold days and mounds of snow.
The days get shorter and temperatures drop to zero below.
A fox runs through the frosty forest, I can hear its shrill cry.
Crystals, crisp and white, get ready to fall, gathered in the sky.
We wear hats and warm coats wherever we go,
Soaring down the mountain, freezing as the wind blows.
Then coming home to steaming hot chocolate that makes me glow.
Staring at the blizzard outside, I wonder how summer went by.
Winter is coming.
A river snakes around the rocks carrying ice sheets as it flows.
Icicles that dangel fall like arrows people throw.
The sidewalk becomes wet and frigid, nothing stays dry.
December is forecasted for a multitude of snow, I let out a content sigh.
As frosted days come, I’ll settle down with a book, learn, and grow.
Winter is coming.
