Analysis of Troubled heart

Nicole Doedli 1983 (United States)

I'm like a puppet on strings.
Never knowing what life will bring
A clown in makeup but no one laughs
A frown is all I have grown to have
A broken heart and shattered dreams
My soul torn to shreds and ripping at the seams
I feel as numb as novacaine
I wish you could of stayed
Looking through the window at a world so cold and cruel.
No one cares about each other what happened to the golden rule.
Just need some answers to all this mess
I feel like this is all a big test.
I need to some help from god above.
I need to feel something, I need to feel the love.
