Analysis of She

SHE
By: Madison Dickerson
She walks
She talks
She breaths
She cries
But most of the time she dies

She feels pain within
So she inflicts it on her skin
But the pain it spreads and spreads
until she's dead

She took that rope and
Tied it around her throat
Her mind spun like a ball
So she ended it all

But what you didn't know was she
Cried for help begged and pleaded
But everyone said you don't need it
They all shouted abuse her way
So she felt no need to stay

As no one hears her cries
Time passes by so
Eventually, she dies  There's
Nothing left but a corpse
But I bet now she soars

She soars above the trees and
Above the sky, she soars above
Anyone who wants to die
But she's there listening
to their cry

She listens to their screams
Their pain knowing she once
Felt the same for she feels
Life is just a game through it
will all soon fade back into the
shade  where she waits for the
Hail why because she lived this tale

About this poem

This is a poem about how people struggle. With depression and don't get help because nobody wants to believe them so it can lead to them killing themselves. I personally relate to this poem.
