Analysis of Colorado
In the shadow of mountains green and gold,
Where eagle and stag make their home,
The majesty of Jehovah all men behold.
Amid forest jade and rocks red robed,
Where drifts camp smoke under starry dome
In the shadow of mountains green and gold.
Upon the sharp silhouettes millennia old,
Where feet may wander and eyes may roam
The majesty of Jehovah all men behold.
Between rocky peaks by snow enfold
Where sky wraps heights with pearly foam
In the shadow of mountains green and gold.
Over seas of vapor where breath the bold,
Where mountain summit stands alone,
The majesty of Jehovah all men behold.
