Analysis of Shooting Star

Belinda Richmond 1979 (Chicago)

If I were a Shooting Star I would be Free
Grant People wishes and Let it Be
You could Watch me Fly as I start to Soar
Make Dreams come true and so much more.

Across the Horizon and through the Night Sky
The Galaxies, planets and so very high
Past the moon and past the planets
Up up and away and passing by orbits.

As the Earth Orbits around the Sun
As the twinkling Stars Twinkle in the sky
As the shooting star shoots right by
Across the Night Sky So Very, very High!!

If I were a Shooting Star Wow!! What a Sight!!
To see me Shoot Across the Sky at Night.
A Spectacular Vision you must see.
To make a Wish and to Only Believe!!
