Analysis of The Gift

I  lost all faith
Not dead
not alive
Darkness deep
with the Weight
of an eternity
Created by
The hate in you

I  begged for mercy
Give me the why

Sly so sly the hand of fate
Me Living in fear of you
My eternal hell seared in
The breath of your memory
At my cheek always
Like a demon on pain
Unaware you were rotting away
In the mansion
On the river
You bought for me

I found sanctuary in your death
I lost my burden  in your last breath
I may mourn love lost, years  of pain
Today, tomorrow and again
But you I'll mourn not at all
Your vengence your undoing
Your fist ashes in the wind
Goodbye forever

Hate disguised as love
Was your gift to me
