Analysis of Trouble of the Sisters

a tear of sorrow drowns
a laugh of joy surges
push and pull

a glimmer of hope in the darkness
a tale of abandon and loneliness
left behind and sent to perish
a brother steals glory
forever marked for evil

darkness stains and stays
destruction of the chosen
light glows and reaches

savior for the forgotten
tides mellow and swell
deemed as dangerous
a halo of hope only for the hopeless
forever in the shadows
