Analysis of Shattered heart

My feelings for you are always there,
but sometimes I think that you don’t really care,
it may be me I do overthink,
or the way that I don’t show an emotional link,
I’m tired of not knowing what love really is,
I long for it,
I’m willing it,
that elusive bliss,
so when I say things that trigger the hate
remind me to stop; I can also relate,
When my words bring a sharp pain to your heart
I promise I’ll learn and won’t tear it apart
When I finally find love and I know it is true,
I can only hope that it will be with you
