Analysis of On The Last Day of Love
On the last day of love, we touched. Our eyes met as we kissed goodbye. Swifiting sweetly into the night.
On the last day of love my heart left my body. It ran after you with a sudden burst of anguish. Rapidly pounding in my chest.
On the last day of love the sparkle in my eyes has forever left. Sun beams watching you disappear. Bright days turned into rainy ones.
On the last day of love my voice croaked. Screaming for you to just turn back. Wishing this day had never come.
On the last day of love I faced my fears of finally letting you go only to realize all I did was stop clinging to you so you could finally cling to me. On the first day of your love my heart softened, my sparkle brightened, my voice sounded like angels, and there you were holding me and telling me that you love me.
