Analysis of Headspace - The Mind Sessions

I need some head space because my heads in space,
You couldn't walk a mile in my shoes, I'm just trying to tie up loose ends like an untied shoelace.

You're crazy, you're nutty, you're mental you're ill, You're stinging me with these stigmas, and I'm not feeling thrilled,
Sticking it to me like the stigmata, but I'm in top gear like the stig I'm a martyr.

Just keep taking the pills and you'll be fine, you'll start reaping the benefits,
But they'll be reaping away your benefits putting you in deep shit,
Because they don't see the struggle, not all disabilities are visible,
We need to see you in person, we need to get physical.

But here we are, we have each other in mind, or should I say let's connect,
Like Aretha showing some mutual respect,
An army of brothers in arms,
At war with our own heads, but in this safe space there's no need to feel alarmed.
