Analysis of My Dearest Mom

To my dearest mom
All the years you sacrificed
Not just for me, many or some
Praying the blessings for the rest of your life

A jewel you are
Even in what you taught me
Will take me beyond the moon and the stars
All I must do is believe

You told me to keep my faith
And run to the hills
You prayed for me everyday
Even in my failures, peace be still

Mom, you gave me the secrets of life
But still let me learn my way
Even when things didn’t go right
You chose to stay

The story goes
Of mama’s baby
But as the story flows
It says, daddy’s maybe

But as my mom stays in my heart
For the love to always cherish
My life, thank you from the start
A Jewel that will never perish
