Analysis of Loves End
Mary Helen Trujillo 1987 (Colorado)
Your voice makes my heart melt
And time stands still
Like clouds in a brightened sky
Yet your heart doesn't comprehend
The feelings that make me wake
From my bed
While my soul lives and cries
What I feel for you is passionate
And deep
Still the love you cannot bestow makes
Me lay down and weep
When will time continue
And life end
If I can't have you beside me as my friend
