Analysis of The son of the poor

The son of the poor
By:
Sameh Mahgoob
(Egyptian poet )
Translated by :
Hassan Hegazy (Egypt)

I am the son of the poor,
the tormented with wishes, sleep alone.
In the dream I steal the princess's shawl.
Also, in the dream all the tyrants
are toppled in front of
the innocence of a lover.
