Analysis of Left Alone
I cannot see the way to go
When I am left so alone
Left to face the world and fight
The battles on my own.
I can’t understand why
Such a thing should come to me.
The path ahead is hidden
And the future veiled
I cant imagine life
without my dear one present
The good companion of the heart
the one who shared
the love and light
the good and the bad
laughter and tears
and the one whom I shared
my hopes and fears
But I don’t think
no one has borne as much as me
Some have many years together
Others. Just a few
There is always a parting
One must stay
One must go
One is taken
One is left
It happens everyday.
