Analysis of Closed Doors
I am a man of eighty,
I wanted to attend Church as usual,
I trudged to the bus-stop,
With a lot of pain and strain,
I was eager to hear the gospel message,
And the inspiring hymns,
To my dismay, I found a notice,
On the Church door: 'Pastor on leave,
Church closed for three weeks',
I wondered: 'When i reach the yonder shore,
Will I see the words: 'Jesus on leave,
Wait until he returns'.
