Analysis of The Beauty She Holds
Hey! What early morning light shimmers
through Cat Tails and reed alike
The early birds chirp and sing
waiting for that morning light
Rivers, falls, springs and marsh
Minnows play though not so harsh
Upon a soft summers breeze
Dragonflies patrol their skies
Light now pushing through the pines
Anglers since dawn tossing their lines
What a wonderful site to behold
When the sun begins setting
over pines and marsh
To all far and near
The beauty South Jersey holds
is abundantly clear
