Analysis of Dream Boat
The shimmering coat of the ocean tide,
On a still boat, unmoving time,
Standing in the eye of the storm, you smile,
Vast azure nothing could defile.
Song of the waves, the mermaids serenade,
Chorus of the sea, you sit on the boat you made,
On the surface of the water, you gently glaze,
A jade horizon never to decay.
Listen to the waves, can you hear it?
Close your eyes and let time tick,
Imagine the soft blue sea gaze upon you,
Then maybe, just maybe, you could hear it too.

About this poem
This poem, I made it as a means of temporary escape from reality. Imagining a boat, on a calm sea; the sounds of waves splashing against each other as your boat sways from side to side, lulling you to sleep. Can you feel it? (You could listen to Gentle Rain from the game Genshin Impact!)
