Analysis of Enchanted

Conrad Stafford 1971 (North Carolina)

With the shells of time
swelling the oceans deep
into the four claws of midnight
and the seven charms of the hour
exploding the heart's beat
as thunder rumbling thru time
with ripples racing across space
energizing the galaxy of seasons change
with sweet vines of youth
dwelling within the forces of life
in the deepness of the dark
and the light of the heart's core
sending cool breezes as desert flames
along the sword's edge
with the seven gifts of the stars
and the orange fire from the moon
evoking spirits of the dragons den
casting onward guardians of time
