1 cup of flour ( minus 5 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoons of black pepper
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
5 cup instant grits
1/4  cup pareseam cheese
1/4 bread crumbs
1 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon of parika
3 eggs
1/4 buttermilk
14 green tomatoes slices
Olive oil for frying
Flour, salt, pepper mix
Eggs, buttermilk mix
Breadcrumbs,, garlic, onions, parts seam, grits,breadcrumbs,paprika,cayenne, grits,
Heat oil
Fry golden in oil

1/2 cup of creamcheese
1/2 cup of mild goat cheese
2 tablespoons of jalapeno chopped
1 teaspoons of minced garlic
1/4 cup of pareseam
3 tablespoons of chopped sundried tomatoes in oil
2 tablespoons of buttermilk culture
3 tablespoons of red bell pepper
3 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 cup of crabmeat
6 slices of chopped proccutto
1 teaspoon each of basil and oregano
Mix well, top green tomatoes and serve.
