Analysis of He's coming back

As I sit here quiet
Many thoughts run through my mind.
I try hard to focus on Heaven
So I won't be left behind.

I try to think only of good things
And not ponder on the bad.
I think of other people's problems
And often times it makes me sad.

I have a love in my heart
That my Jesus did apply.
And there are times when I think of him
All I can do is cry.

He is our loving savior
And without him we will perish.
And each day we get to serve him
Is something we can cherish.

He stretches forth his hand
To comfort and guide our way
And we know he's coming back for us
Maybe this will be the day.
