Analysis of Sometimes I Feel Like A Door Mat

Sometimes I feel like a doormat. When I go to work every day. I wonder and hope that someone will throw a smile my way. Still, I try to stay positive. As I greet co-workers as they come in. I show I’m happy to see them. As I smile and give a good grin. I read about putting drops of water in a persons bucket. As opposed to causing a leak. For we all need filled in our bucket. Otherwise our life becomes bleak. So as people we need to remember that each interaction gives or takes. Leaving a person with a good feeling. Wow, what a wonderful day it makes. Doormats are things we step on. But I’m sure glad they’re there. For when water is leaking from our bucket. A doormat will keep water from going everywhere.
