Analysis of I'm still here
Sometimes my thoughts get heavy
my feelings get numb
and my heart is unsteady
tears stat running from my eyes.
I put on my tennis shoes
believe I can hide but I can't
So I slow down regain my breath
and finish this race
Listening to my footsteps as I take each step
The rhythm of my breath
has synchronized into nothing
but I have a still ness in my head
I'm light as a feather
as I let myself fly
this world is a blur but
tonight I am still alive.
