I am a recovering addict and even though I’ve been clean I still have daily struggles! I have ADHD, OCD, and PTSD and have struggled with those for as many years as I can remember! However I have found ways to help maintain my sobriety and to live a life worth living! I have such an amazing support system! I began writing when I was young to help me cope with the things that were happening to me, & until now I've never shared any of my writiings! My writings are raw and some are dark but my life hasn’t been full of light & joy! I'm ready to share my life with those in the world who are either going through something similar or for those who may know someone whose going through hell!

Morning Darkness

Full of light with no fears,
that was my first five years.
Suddenly without warning,
darkness swallowed my morning.
One touch, two touch, three touch,
