Nicholas Granby

I was born and grew up in the UK and worked as an Independent in the film, TV and video industry, as a Director, Producer and Writer, even managing to win a few small awards. Married & moved to Italy where I entered the field of training and developing students’ skills (using English) in Public Speaking, Giving Presentations, Personal Development etc. I wrote, directed and acted in a series of unique sketches (Koans) based on Zen stories, the first time done for the theatre, performed in Italy, then at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. I also developed and ran courses in Acting-in-English for non English mother-tongue speakers. I have qualified and helped people as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner and a Certified Life Coach. Currently back in the U.K. and running free courses to introduce the benefits of Sahaja Yoga meditation and anti-stress techniques in workforces, schools and for individuals.
