I am a product of southwestern Kansas where coyotes sing on starlight nights and dust boils over the plains on hot summer days. Where solitude reigns in lonesome refrains and neighbors are but the salt of the earth. His hobbies are photography and poetry. Capturing moments in thought and time while portraying the beauty of the simplest of things. Long involved in the arts and politics, his first book of poetry titled “365 Joyful Poems” was published in 2021, his second “Lessons in Courage” in 2022, "Coffee Cup Tales and Old Car Nuts" 2023 and "25 Christmas Poems" in 2024
