My name is Jodi Schmitz. I am 18 years old, from a small town in Illinois. I sparked my love for poetry from my grandmother, as she has several poems published locally. I absolutely love to write, read, and create poetry that appeals to my situation. I have hopes to publish my work so others can feel understood if they are going through hard times.
