Hilal Ahmad Mir was born on the first of May 1980 at Haigam Tehsil Khoie District Baramulla Kashmir India. He got his education in his locality. He did M.A. in English from the University of Kashmir. He works in Education Department as a teacher. He writes poetry in English language.
