I’d describe myself as a Chef, Entrepreneur and Poet. I’m half English and half Greek and reside in Bournemouth. I moved to South Africa at 16 and opened my first restaurant in my twenties, I then travelled around the world working and owned 4 restaurants in 4 Continents. I’ve catered for many influential clients to include Phillip Schofield, Hugh Scully, GMTV and The King of Malaysia. In 2020 I created “Herb It” a range of Artisan Herb Purées which won and commended 3 Taste of the West awards. I’m passionate about writing and had my first Poem Published in 2007 in The Cornwall Review. I’m very Spiritual and love to write “Heavy” poetry which I accompany with Art, I call this PoArt. I’m outgoing and lots of fun, honesty and loyalty are what’s true to my soul. My biggest wish is to have my poetry seen before I die.
