Adrienne Chavis is working on her first book of Poetry which brings healing and inspiration. Living her authentic self in love and acceptance to the way she chooses to manifest it. To accept and unblock oneself to free the mind from all the negative talk and patterns which cause pain and suffering. Adrienne's own journey of healing using many different modalities, always seeking truth through religion and finally stepping into spirituality. Freeing herself from disappear, addiction, mental disorders and negative self-talk, creating a life of acceptance, love and freedom within her and the creator. She was inspired to write Poetry starting February of 2022 and wants to share with others her spoken word to inspirer and find the love within oneself, to raises your vibration to live a happier and more fulfilling life.
