Things I'm really bad at: Carrying a tune, playing a guitar, calling my dog by name instead of 'stupid', not cursing, keeping things simple, living in the moment, sharing openness with a stranger, focusing on goals, talking to liberals [see 'not cursing' above]. ----------------------------------- My name is Richard, I live in Sacramento, I'm 60ish and old enough to know better but I still screw things up. I joke about being a shaman because we don't need spiritual guidance, we just need to listen to the guide we were born with. Your spirit is your guide. It really is that simple.
