Wild Child

My wild child with spring in her hair,
Brought me violets as if she invented the color.
Brought me lady bugs as if she painted the black dots on them herself.
She brought me daffodils to sip tea in
My wild child with spring in her hair, whom I made a comforter for that she couldn't move under.
My wild child with spring in her hair how I wish to relive those moments.
