Riddle
stranger in paradise,
hello world, I like you, do you like me?
I dont know where I came from,
still not sure what Im going to be
I suckle on your mysteries,
grow from the energy
never knowing what it means.
I am here now, somehow I have sentience
but I dont remember where the years went,
my beginning impression has disintegrated
but I know Ive never stopped adoring you.
Im told you are old, older than I can fathom
but you dont look it,
it seems we've aged you more than time has,
Im a latecomer to existence, but still,
the meaning has not been found yet,
I exist, and know not how,
and I am thankful for my consciousness,
for these thoughts I communicate,
for aesthetics and the senses,
for your stimuli to my synapses;
I am grateful to take part
in this puzzle of questions.
