Polaris

Living behind ultimatums, this is as far as we will get. When blood looses its color everything else turns red. Empty shadows fill the room now, when worst comes to worst you were always down and out. Forgetting behind your blood and lines, “you know you’re the one, and you know I tried.” Didn’t you hear that night owls are harder to herd then sheep? Lets try this again, why did you leave? You live off hearts, you bloody thief. Follow my words as I tear this apart, you’re scared of the night, yet you hunt in the dark. You fall a little short of the feelings you spark, you fall a little short of a man with a heart.
