Kindness

You remind me a lot of a spring lily
That got broken in inclement weather
To save you from harm if it turns chilly
I could pluck you and stick you together

You remind me a lot of a summer bird
That is injured and powerless to forage
To save your song from remaining unheard
I could cage you and fill you with porridge

You remind me a lot of an autumn leaf
That is rotting away from existence
I could tend you at home as it's my belief
You'd survive longer with my assistance

You remind me a lot of a winter deer
That is in quite a frightful condition
I could feed you fresh grass to lessen your fear
And take care of you through your remission
