Fate

I constantly wonder
Fate...
Is it a destination
Is it meant to be
Is it a heart's free fall
Is it an unawaken dream...

Like the stars shine and fade
Like the spirit once strong then broken
Like the pain never go away
Like the smiles I fake
Like a beautiful liar I hide...
The deep loneliness within

Then you say hello to me
As if from an unknown space
Crowded with all the strangers
Speaking words I don't understand
At times nonsense

Something you said makes me feel
You can understand
Make me feel strong when I am fragile
Be my hero no matter what happens
Your voice is calling me
From the distance...

Your whispers make me wonder
Is this fate
Is this fate
I think it's fantasy
But it feels so real
Maybe this is fate
I just don't know
I don't know...
