fade

We used to be around eachother, in love, and so much more
But somethings going on in our lives, and I'm not sure
Our touch has seemed to fade
With the love we've once made
Our connection has almost disappeared
And in the back of my mind this is what I feared
Whats the problem here? Is it you, or is it me?
We used to be so free
Now its stress, anger, and frustration
Everyone is losing it, the beginning of us becoming impatient
We'r not the same anymore are we?
Laughing, smiling, how we used to be
Are we meant to be together at all?
Or are we setting ourselves up for a fall?
You used to smile, and never cry
But it seems like our laughter has died
Do you love me anymore?
You don't look at me like you did before
This isn't working, our love is fading in my eyes
Cause this feeling I have inside is what it feels like when love dies
This sickness is tearing me up inside
And now all I do is cry
I feel my heart leaving me for good
The feelings aren't there anymore like they should
I feel the love we once had and made
Is slipping away and starting to fade...

Justin Miller

I've went through so much and still am. I miss my daughter Zoey so much. Her mother thinks its best for us to not see one another for some reason. So a lot of my poetry is based on her. Missing her, and how much pain I'm going through without her. I have a good girl friend and she has been going through all of this with me. Shes a blessing to me. I love you Jenny Lynn. more…
